Public information and demonstrations can be viewed without signing in. The personalized path and private library require an account. You confirm adult eligibility and the current policies; sensitive-data processing has a separate consent choice.

Up to two new written sessions are available to each signed-in account in each UTC calendar month. Account shows the number currently available and when the allowance resets.

No. This is a general-wellness service. It does not diagnose, treat or cure a condition and has not been clinically evaluated. Keep decisions about care with a qualified professional.

Some answers require a more limited session or a stop. Contextual questions depend on what you enter, while core safety questions remain required. An unanswered question is not treated as a negative answer.

The written draft lets you read what would be narrated. Audio is optional and begins only when you request it and the service is available. Offline demonstrations are labeled; they do not prove live voice quality.

The new personalized flow keeps your original description in memory while the page is open. For a completed signed-in draft, one separate temporary recovery record may be available for up to 24 hours. It contains the canonical generated result and limited session metadata, not your raw description, free-text answers, raw prompt, or a substitute saved session. You explicitly save a reviewed script to your library. The script may reflect what you shared. In the separate guided interview, requesting an eligible session while signed in with the required consent saves answers to your profile before generation, even if generation later fails. You can clear that profile in Account settings.

Only an eligible sleep session can use that ending, after you explicitly choose it and confirm your current safe setting. Other sessions return to ordinary alertness.
